Great selection of appliances and some of the most friendly and knowledgeable salespeople I’ve ever met. I have purchased several appliances from Metro and have never been disappointed. They even deliver, install and haul off the old appliances. Two thumbs 👍 up for this wonderful company. Shop Metro first for all of your appliance needs you won’t be disappointed

I had a pleasant visit to this appliance store. I have been in need of a new washer ,and after spending hours on the Internet looking . Most appliance stores did not have what I needed in stock . Most were six weeks waiting . I stopped in on my way to Aldi's. I asked a employee named Paul if they took a certain card and they did . Paul was very knowledgeable in the washing machines. I found a whirlpool washer on sale and it was in stock ! I'm so glad Paul helped me with everything. The delivery was on time and installed before noon . So if you're looking for an appliance in stock stop by asking for Paul , tell him Rose sent you , you'll be glad you did .

What a delightful experiences! The Metro team is amazing and knowledgeable. I’d never consider a “big box” store over Metro. They kept me apprised of my order status and the delivery team was delightful. I’m now the very happy owner of a beautiful Thermador kitchen. Cannot recommend Metro enough for home appliance purchases.

We love our new refrigerator! Travis was a great salesman. He didn't want to just make a sale but made sure it fit in our house . He answered all the questions we had. He made the purchase very easy. Our refrigerator was delivered this morning and the guys were gentle and made sure it was set up the right way. Thank you Metro

We had a very positive experience at the new Metro location in West Little Rock. Since this was our first stop looking for a new washer and dryer, we had all intentions of just browsing however Maggie was so helpful, we ended up purchasing Speed Queens. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable.

Friendly people, I ordered a custom refrigerator model and it was delivered with no issues. I have also purchased other appliances in the past. I highly recommend speed queen washers and dryers

Very impressed with Chris Miller and Jerome Frazier when they delivered and installed my refrigerator from Metro LR today! They were professional and patient and they took the time to make sure the job was done right… 5 stars!

I cannot express enough how impressed we have been with the customer service at this location. Paul is an absolute rockstar at every level. We have spent months selecting a full appliance package for our new house and Paul has been so attentive and helped us at different stages from making sure that we have all of the information we need. We also have loved how informed Paul is and how helpful he has been at finding exactly what we need and want! Love this guy!
